What exactly is GENESIS?
A platform that runs an AI company for you. You describe your business; GENESIS spawns a CEO agent that plans and a squad of specialist agents that execute — customer acquisition, marketing, content, operations, finance — while you approve only the decisions that matter.
Will AI agents do things without my permission?
Only what you allow. Every action passes a confidence gate against guardrails you set: budget caps, restricted actions and escalation triggers. On the free Explorer tier every action is held for your approval. On paid tiers, routine work under your spend ceiling flows automatically and anything matching your escalation triggers — or scoring low confidence — waits for you. Everything is logged on an audit trail either way.
What does it cost?
Explorer is free (1 company, approval-only). Operator is £99/mo, Growth £299/mo (3 companies), Scale £799/mo (unlimited). The Value-Share plan is £99/mo + 15% of the revenue your GENESIS company generates — if it earns nothing, you pay nothing beyond the seat. Full details on the pricing page.
How is the value-share percentage tracked?
Through your payment provider's signed webhook events. Revenue events attributed to your company are recorded on an immutable ledger — gross amount, the exact percentage, the computed share, timestamped and auditable by you. We compute the share only on real, verified revenue events; there is no self-reporting and no estimating.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly through Stripe; cancel from your billing portal and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Your data remains exportable.
What kind of business can I run on it?
Most service, content, community and SaaS businesses fit naturally. Regulated activities (financial advice, credit, legal, medical) have a hard rule: agents may prepare and organise, but regulated decisions and closings always escalate to a qualified human — this is enforced by the gate, not by promise.
What AI powers the agents?
Frontier models from Anthropic (the Claude family), tiered by role — heavyweight models for strategy, faster models for execution and high-volume work — with per-company and platform-wide spend governors so costs never run away.
Is my business data safe?
Data is stored on managed EU infrastructure (Frankfurt), passwords are hashed (scrypt), payments are handled entirely by Stripe (we never see card numbers), and business context is sent to our AI provider only to operate your agents. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Do you offer refunds?
The free tier exists so you can evaluate the real product before paying. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; where required by law, statutory refund rights apply. If something went genuinely wrong, email us — we're founders too.
