What exactly is GENESIS?
A platform that runs an AI team for your business. You describe the business; GENESIS gives you a CEO agent that plans and specialists that do the work — lead research and the first emails you approve, marketing, content, ads plans, operations, finance — while you approve only the decisions that matter.
Will AI agents do things without my permission?
Only what you allow. Every action passes a confidence gate against guardrails you set: budget caps, restricted actions and escalation triggers. On the free Explorer tier every action is held for your approval. On paid tiers, routine work under your spend ceiling flows automatically and anything matching your escalation triggers — or scoring low confidence — waits for you. Everything is logged on an audit trail either way.
What does it cost?
Explorer is free (1 company, every action waits for your approval). Operator is £49 a month, Growth £199 (3 companies), Agency £499 (unlimited, for people who run businesses for clients). The Value-Share plan is £49 a month plus 15% of the revenue your company records, dropping to 10% above £10,000 a month, never on ad spend. If it records nothing, you pay only the £49. How is the Value-Share percentage tracked?
Through your payment provider's signed webhook events. Revenue events attributed to your company are recorded on an append-only, fully auditable ledger — gross amount, the exact percentage, the computed share, timestamped and auditable by you. We compute the share only on real, verified revenue events; there is no self-reporting and no estimating.
Can it actually send and post, or just draft?
It sends. Today your team can email customers and leads (every message carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who opts out is never emailed again), chase overdue invoices on your Stripe account, and publish approved content to a channel you own through Zapier, Make, Slack or Discord. Your team also runs a daily outreach cadence: it drafts a first email to each new lead with an address, and every one waits for your click; one button approves the batch. Posting to X, Facebook and Instagram is built and goes live the moment the platform apps are keyed; LinkedIn waits on its API approval. Your dashboard shows each hand's real status. The first message to someone new always waits for your approval. The ads agent plans and costs paid campaigns too; launching one spends money, so it always waits for you, and runs on your own ad account once that is connected.
Can my team use it too?
Yes. Growth and Value-Share include three seats, Agency ten. Invite a colleague by email from your dashboard; they sign in with their own login and see your companies. Members can act; viewers can only watch. Every invite, acceptance and removal is on the record.
Is there a fully autonomous mode?
Yes: Autopilot, on every paid plan. Switch it on and everything inside the limits you set runs without waiting for you. Three things still wait, always: spending money, anything regulated, and the first message to someone new. Every Autopilot action is scored, signed and can be undone for 24–48 hours, so you can step back without losing the record. Full autonomy, with the receipts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly or annual through Stripe; cancel from your billing portal and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Your data remains exportable.
What kind of business can I run on it?
Most service, content, community and SaaS businesses fit naturally. Regulated activities (financial advice, credit, legal, medical) have a hard rule: agents may prepare and organise, but regulated decisions and closings always escalate to a qualified human — this is enforced by the gate, not by promise.
What AI powers the agents?
Frontier models from Anthropic (the Claude family), with a second provider wired in as a fallback, tiered by role — heavyweight models for strategy, faster models for execution and high-volume work — with per-company and platform-wide spend governors so costs never run away.
Is my business data safe?
Data is stored on managed EU infrastructure (Frankfurt), passwords are hashed (scrypt), payments are handled entirely by Stripe (we never see card numbers), and business context is sent to our AI provider only to operate your agents. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Do you offer refunds?
The free tier exists so you can evaluate the real product before paying. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; where required by law, statutory refund rights apply. If something went genuinely wrong, email us — we're founders too.
